Job summary

The Carlyle Group in the United States seeks an Internal Sales Analyst to support a geographic territory by driving outbound outreach to financial advisors and assisting senior staff in client service and sales activities.

You will help prospect and schedule meetings, maintain relationships, and contribute to ad-hoc projects within Carlyle Private Wealth, with weekly team meetings to share best practices and drive territory success.

Qualifications

• College degree required; GPA 3.30.
• FINRA Series 7 and 63 required (or must be obtained within 90 days).
• 1–2 years of sales/marketing experience preferred; strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Make proactive outbound sales calls to financial advisors in geographic territory to identify prospects and schedule meetings.
• Follow up with incoming leads and respond to calls and emails; run marketing campaigns.
• Serve as first line of defense for client service issues; collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Accounting/Tax, and product teams.
• Develop and execute a business plan to maximize territory sales.
• Assist with administrative duties, including organizing spreadsheets and entering activity into DealCloud CRM.
