Job summary

The Carlyle Group is seeking an Internal Sales Associate to support a geographic territory by prospecting and servicing financial advisors. You will assist the External Regional Specialist, drive outbound outreach, and maintain relationships with end clients.

You'll participate in weekly team meetings, share best practices, and help streamline territory sales with the Internal Analyst. A college degree and FINRA licenses are required, with strong communication and organizational skills highly

Qualifications

• College degree required. FINRA Series 7 and 63 required (or must be obtained within 90 days).
• Excellent oral and written communication skills and customer service skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Proactively make outbound calls to financial advisors to identify prospects and schedule meetings for the External Regional Specialist.
• Follow up with leads and manage campaigns via calls and emails.
• Serve as first line of support for client service issues, coordinating with Legal, Compliance, Accounting/Tax and product specialists.
• Assist in developing and executing a business plan to maximize territory sales.
• Perform administrative duties and maintain DealCloud CRM with activity.
