Qualifications

• Owns strategy and end-to-end delivery of large-scale water programs.
• Extensive risk management, audit, or compliance experience with external stakeholders.
• Proven team leadership with 6+ direct reports.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain cross-organizational alignment on a unified water compliance vision.
• Own the strategic water program roadmap and field execution frameworks.
• Develop multi-year operating plans and budgets balancing compliance and infrastructure.
• Operate program controllership mechanisms to drive accountability across stakeholders.
• Communicate strategy and risks to Director and VP-level audiences across Operations, Legal, Finance, and Technology.
• Collaborate with Amazon Legal, regulators, environmental consultants, and technology teams to resolve barriers and accelerate solutions.
• Define and govern KPI and compliance metrics with real-time visibility across units.
• Lead talent management including hiring, onboarding, and development planning; oversee external partners.
• Work autonomously in a high-stakes regulatory environment to deliver compliance outcomes at scale.
• Embed water compliance objectives into day-to-day operational rhythms.
