Job summary

Ecolab is seeking a Lead Business Process Analyst to support the Global Water Sales & Service organization. You will gather requirements, translate them to technical specs, and partner with development teams in an agile environment using Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Power BI.

You will lead cross-functional collaboration, manage testing cycles, and ensure CRM and data integration align with business goals. Strong communication and multi-time-zone coordination are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 8+ years of professional experience.
• 5+ years of requirements management supporting sales/marketing.
• 3+ years with Dynamics 365 (Sales, Field Service, Marketing).
• 3+ years hands-on experience with Power Apps (Canvas) and connectors.
• 2+ years experience with Agile Methodology.

Responsibilities

• Partner with global teams to provide innovative solutions.
• Translate functional requirements to technical specs for development.
• Communicate across multiple business levels.
• Participate in release scoping and prioritization.
• Lead analysis of business processes for Global Water units.
• Align Power Apps suite with Global Water sales teams.
• Build Canvas Apps and troubleshoot within them.
• Configure Power Platform flows and CRM.
