Job summary

AIT Worldwide Logistics is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead domestic and international warehouse operations, including Pick Pack and Ship and cartage. You will collaborate with staff, suppliers and internal teams to optimize service levels while controlling costs and ensuring safety.

The role requires strong communication, a solid work ethic, and a growth mindset to continuously improve processes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Familiar with warehouse operations and freight warehousing services.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and WMS systems.
• Clear written and verbal communications; detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Supervise domestic and international warehouse operations and staff.
• Meet with suppliers/vendors and negotiate service levels.
• Benchmark operations to industry standards and drive efficiency.
• Oversee cartage freight movement, dispatch, and quotes daily.
• Propose changes to staffing and procedures to hit goals.
• Ensure safety programs are followed and compliance maintained.
• Contribute to cost control and warehousing metrics.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives.
