Job summary

Meta seeks an experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to own relationships with 3PL providers and other vendors at the site. The role will drive efficient, timely, and cost-effective movement of goods across warehouses and data centers, ensuring compliance with Meta standards and SOX controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in supply chain, logistics, finance, or related field.
• 5+ years in warehouse/3PL management or related operations roles.
• Experience leading warehouse and transportation operations at scale and with compliance.
• Experience in a matrixed organization and solving complex problems.
• Proven track record building standards, metrics, SOPs, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Hands-on with logistics software (WMS/TMS) and related systems.
• Willingness to travel ~25% across North America for on-site management.

• Manage movement of goods and equipment with efficient schedules.
• Lead day-to-day 3PL/warehouse vendor operations and ensure policy compliance.
