Job summary

Meta is seeking an experienced Regional Warehouse Operations Manager to lead and optimize warehouse and logistics operations across a defined geographic region in support of Meta's hardware supply chain. You will shape regional network strategy, drive efficient storage, distribution, and fulfillment of data center equipment, consumer devices, and facility materials.

You will partner with procurement, facilities, transportation, and program management to build scalable, resilient logistics

Qualifications

• 10+ years in warehouse operations or regional networks at scale.
• Experience multi-site regional warehouse management and vendor oversight.
• Track record developing operational strategy with cross-functional teams.
• Experience defining metrics like inventory accuracy and fulfillment rates.
• Experience with AI tools to optimize workflows.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional warehouse operations strategy across sites.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives with procurement, facilities, transportation, and PM.
• Define KPIs such as inventory accuracy and throughput.
• Identify gaps and implement scalable process improvements.
• Manage relationships with 3PLs, warehouse operators, freight partners.
• Develop risk mitigation for supply chain disruptions.
• Coach teams on continuous improvement methods.
• Communicate performance and priorities to leadership.
• Evaluate and implement WMS, automation, and tools.
• Align regional roadmaps with broader supply chain goals.
