Job summary

JD Logistics, part of JD.com, is seeking a Warehouse Team Leader for the Night Shift in Fontana, CA. You will oversee daily post operations, manage staff schedules, and ensure accuracy in discrepancy handling.

You should be proficient with WMS systems, have warehouse experience, and communicate in Chinese and English with frontline staff. On-site mentorship will support your delivery of results in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proficient in computer operations, familiar with WMS systems, and preferably with warehouse experience.
• Able to communicate in Chinese and English, with no barriers in communicating with frontline warehouse staff.
• Down-to-earth and meticulous, responsible for result delivery, with strong execution capabilities; mentored on-site by experienced team leaders and warehouse managers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily management of the exception handling post, including staff scheduling, training on daily discrepancy handling methods, and monitoring the quantity of the discrepancy center.
• Manage daily overstock discrepancy clearance and monitor progress of overstock handling.
• Follow up on key projects such as customer-dimension inventory counting, warehouse relocation, night shift replenishment, etc.
• Working hours: 12:30-22:00 PM.
