Job summary

JINGDONG Logistics, part of JD.com, is hiring a Warehouse Supervisor/Manager to lead and optimize our warehouse operations across the Fontana area. You will design SOPs, ensure safety standards, and drive efficient inbound/outbound logistics with a focus on accuracy and speed.

In this role, you will supervise teams, manage inventory controls, and coordinate with cross-functional groups to deliver top-tier service.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a warehouse, distribution, or 3PL environment.
• At least 1 year in a lead or supervisory role.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory controls.
• Bilingual in Mandarin preferred.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning and System Development: Establish warehousing strategic objectives and SOPs aligned with corporate strategy, driving standardization and efficient processes.
• Business Coordination and Process Enhancement: Oversee inbound/outbound logistics, inventory audits, and order fulfillment; analyze metrics to improve storage and throughput.
• Team Leadership and Risk Management: Build teams, develop talent, and ensure regulatory compliance for stable operations.
• Resource Optimization and Service Excellence: Coordinate local warehousing networks and improve service quality across regions.
