You will collaborate with clinical staff, vendors, and internal teams to support daily operations while adhering to procedures.

The role requires strong communication, proficiency with Excel, and experience with ERP/WMS systems, cycle counts, and shipping documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse coordination, inventory control, or logistics operations.
• Experience utilizing inventory management, ERP, WMS, or supply chain tracking systems.
• Experience processing inbound and outbound shipments with major carriers such as UPS, FedEx, or DHL.
• Experience maintaining inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and stock reconciliation.
