Job summary

Expeditors is seeking a warehouse associate at our Ellenwood, GA facility. You will load/unload trucks, verify shipments, document issues, and ensure accurate counts while maintaining a safe, clean, and compliant environment.

Responsibilities include data entry, weighing and labeling cargo, and coordinating with offices to meet customer needs. Shift options include 1st, 2nd, and 3rd, with forklift-certified candidates preferred.

Qualifications

• Able to read documents, manifests, and delivery orders and follow instructions.
• Seal and chock trucks as part of safety checks.
• Operate sit-down or stand-up lift equipment.
• Stand for long periods during shifts.
• Handle data entry and run macros/scripts.
• Adaptable to change and work well with others.
• Maintain a positive attitude and organizational skills.
• Adhere to warehouse safety practices and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Process shipments per OPS and KPI expectations.
• Enter data accurately into the system during receiving and loading.
• Weigh and dimension cargo accurately.
• Label freight correctly and ensure proper loading.
• Put away items in correct locations and perform daily huddles.
• Interact with office to meet customer needs and follow visitor policies.
