Job summary

Expeditors International is seeking a warehouse associate to load/unload trucks, verify shipments, and document issues. You will work with teams across Safety, IT, and Operations to maintain accurate data, proper labeling, and compliant processes.

Responsibilities include safe forklift operation, adhering to company standards, and contributing to continuous improvement and customer service excellence in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Reads and follows delivery orders and manifests.
• Operates lifts and handles packaging materials safely.
• Maintains data entry accuracy and timely updates in systems.
• Adheres to OSHA rules and site safety standards.
• Demonstrates adaptability and reliability, works well with others.

Responsibilities

• Process shipments per OPS standards and KPI expectations.
• Ensure accurate weighing, dimensioning, labeling, and put-away locations.
• Maintain equipment and comply with security and safety policies.
• Support training and cross-training across warehouse processes.
• Assist with transitioning new customers and improving processes.
