Responsibilities

• Develop and lead Baxter's global warehouse automation strategy, aligning automation initiatives with fulfillment and business objectives.
• Establish and maintain global warehouse design principles, standards, and best practices across the distribution network.
• Lead large-scale warehouse automation and digitization programs, including capital investments ranging from approximately $20M to $30M.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to prioritize, plan, and execute automation initiatives while ensuring governance and alignment.
• Evaluate and implement automation technologies, equipment, and system solutions that improve safety, efficiency, throughput, and cost performance.
• Drive standardization of automation solutions across fulfillment operations globally.
• Build compelling business cases and investment strategies to support automation and network transformation.
• Identify opportunities to improve warehouse productivity, service levels, and profitability.
• Influence organizational change and adoption of new technologies through leadership and stakeholder engagement.
• Serve as a subject matter expert in warehouse automation and fulfillment innovation.
