• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Significant experience leading warehouse automation and transformation initiatives.
• Proven track record managing large capital projects (warehouse automation).
• Deep expertise in warehouse operations and WMS best practices.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management with senior executives.
