You will lead large-scale programs, partner with global teams, and establish design principles. Investments range from $20M to $30M, driving transformation and measurable value across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Experience leading warehouse automation and distribution center design in a global setting.
• Proven track record on large capital projects involving automation and digital technologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead Baxter's global warehouse automation strategy across the distribution network.
• Establish and maintain warehouse design principles, standards, and best practices.
• Lead large-scale automation and digitization programs with $20M–$30M investments.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to prioritize, plan, and execute initiatives.
• Evaluate and select automation technologies to improve safety, efficiency, throughput, and cost.
• Drive standardization of solutions across fulfillment operations globally.
• Build business cases and investment strategies for automation and transformation.
• Identify opportunities to improve productivity, service levels, and profitability.
• Influence organizational change and adoption of new technologies.
