Job summary

Baxter is seeking a Manager, Multi-Vendor Solutions & Strategic Initiatives to guide enterprise-wide programs that advance Baxter's Multi-Vendor Solutions business. You will align leaders and partners from diverse functions to drive strategies from planning through adoption, delivering scalable solutions and measurable outcomes.

Based in a hybrid Deerfield, IL office, you will drive governance, risk management, and executive reporting to ensure exceptional customer experiences and growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, cross-functional strategic initiatives from planning through implementation, ensuring successful adoption and measurable business outcomes.
• Develop and execute program roadmaps, milestones, governance structures, and success metrics aligned with priorities and commitments.
• Partner with leaders across Service, Commercial, Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, IT, Quality, and Legal to drive alignment and accelerate execution.
• Build scalable operating models and processes to support long-term growth and capabilities.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks and dependencies to maintain momentum and objectives.
• Facilitate decision-making among diverse stakeholders and communicate progress to executives.
