Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong English communication skills (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
• 2+ years of warehouse management experience; FMCG or e-commerce preferred; experience managing 3PL providers; self-operated warehouse operations is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiar with ERP/WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate 3PL providers in the U.S. for efficiency and accuracy.
• Audit inventory and performance of 3PLs.
• Build relationships with providers to optimize service levels and costs.
• Plan for future self-operated warehousing in the U.S.
• Develop scalable warehousing processes and infrastructure.
• Collaborate with finance on monthly reconciliations and budgeting.
• Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with budgets.
• Coordinate with overseas warehouses to standardize processes.
• Act as liaison among local team, vendors, and headquarters.
• Use ERP and WMS to streamline inventory, orders, and reporting.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
