Rocket Software is seeking a seasoned VP, People Business Partners to lead the global PBP team, define vision and operating model, and partner with senior leaders to align talent with business objectives.

You will elevate PBPs as workforce architects using strategy, analytics, and market insights to shape design, capability needs, and cost. Collaborate with People Team and business leaders to drive consistent practices and foster an inclusive, high‑performing culture.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive People experience, including strategic People Business Partner roles.
• 10+ years in senior or executive leadership, leading high-performing teams.
• Deep organizational development experience from PBP roles or centers of excellence.
• Proven success designing and leading enterprise change initiatives.
• Experience developing and delivering team and organizational effectiveness programs.
• Ability to influence and align across all levels of an organization.
• Exceptional communication, facilitation, and executive presentation skills.
• Experience in a global, evolving technology organization.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR/Business or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the People Business Partner team.
• Build trusted relationships with executive leaders and align people priorities to business strategy.
• Shape and deliver scalable people strategies, policies, and programs.
• Advise senior leaders on organizational effectiveness and engagement.
• Lead workforce planning and organizational design, including cost considerations.
• Provide counsel to leadership to strengthen accountability and performance.
• Champion initiatives to attract, develop, and retain talent while improving employee experience.
• Use data and external insights to guide decisions and balance priorities.
