iboss is seeking a Director of Technical Support to shape the technical vision and strategy for Technical Support and Services. You will lead a team of Technical Support Engineers and Technical Account Managers, building strong relationships across global teams and ensuring best-in-class service to enterprise customers.
The ideal candidate has 9+ years in designing and supporting multilayer IP networks and security, and proven leadership in technical support.
Competenze
- 9+ years designing and supporting multilayer IP networks and network security
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT or CS
- Experience leading technical support teams
- Strong commitment to customer satisfaction
- Located in Eastern or Central Time Zones

Mansioni
- Build cross-functional relationships and act as trusted adviser to global teams
