Job summary

Orbis Operations seeks an experienced Strategic Operations Advisor to lead program planning and evaluation for a US IC client. You will drive operational research, measure performance, and present insights to senior stakeholders.

Expect interaction with senior leaders, broad stakeholder engagement, and occasional overseas travel to support objectives. The role requires a TS/SCI clearance with poly, a Bachelor's degree, and substantial IC experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; minimum 5 years of analyst/targeter-like experience within the IC or sponsor organization.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with Poly is required.
• Experience in the South America AOR is preferred.
• Strong analytical, briefing, and research design skills.
• Familiarity with all-source intelligence analysis and reporting standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead program planning and evaluation tasks for client missions.
• Develop and implement research designs to measure performance of units and activities.
• Prepare visual data presentations and reports for senior leadership.
• Brief senior customers on plans, findings, and recommendations.
