Ajaib Group is seeking a VP of Technical & Executive Recruiting to lead our global Engineering and Product hiring strategy, spanning junior to staff+, head, VP, and C-level roles. You will build a high‑performing recruiting org, partner with C‑level leaders, and drive analytics to deliver high‑quality hires.

Collaborate with Employer Branding and HRBP teams to scale talent globally. You will own funnel metrics, run executive searches end to end, and train hiring managers in calibration with CTO

Qualifications

• 12+ years of executive search experience, including 3+ years in-house at a scaleup.
• Experience running executive searches end to end; fintech or fast‑growing startups preferred.
• Global engineering and product hiring across international markets.
• Strong partnership with Employer Branding and HRBPs to scale talent attraction.
• Proven track record of managing senior managers or AVPs in recruiting teams.

Responsabilités

• Lead global Engineering and Product hiring strategy from ICs to C‑level roles.
• Build a direct-sourcing engine with referrals and outreach.
• Run executive searches end to end: mandate, market map, outreach, close.
• Partner with HRBPs to translate workforce plans into hiring delivery.
• Collaborate with Employer Branding to develop developer marketing campaigns.
• Manage recruiting operations, funnel metrics, and ATS performance.
• Coach senior leaders and calibrate interviews with CTO/CPO leadership.
