Zusammenfassung

Nextpower is seeking a Director of Manufacturing Excellence & Reliability to define and lead the global manufacturing strategy for utility-scale power electronics. You will partner with Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Product, and Service to deliver safety, quality, cost, and reliability across the product lifecycle.

Qualifikationen

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
12+ years in power electronics manufacturing and quality/reliability.
Experience with contract manufacturers and suppliers.
Strong leadership of multidisciplinary engineering teams.
Knowledge of APQP, FMEA, SPC, CAPA, Lean & Six Sigma.
