Job summary

Spiceworks Ziff Davis is seeking a seasoned VP Marketing to lead and elevate our global B2B marketing organization. You will shape full-funnel marketing strategy, own the P&L, and partner with Sales, Product, and Finance to drive revenue and market leadership.

You will build a world-class marketing team, define KPI frameworks, and scale demand generation, ABM, and channel activation across regions. Strong executive presence and strategic leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience in B2B tech/marketing solutions.
• 10+ years managing senior marketing leaders across multiple regions.
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth, scaling marketing orgs, and managing large budgets/P&L.

Responsibilities

• Lead global, multi-brand B2B marketing strategy and execution.
• Own the marketing P&L and manage a significant budget across growth channels and partnerships.
• Build and scale a world-class global marketing organization with defined structure and KPIs.
• Drive demand generation, ABM, funnel optimization, and new logo acquisition.
• Lead brand transformation, messaging, and cross-channel communications.
• Develop ecosystem/partner marketing programs and data-driven insights.
