Job summary

Spiceworks Ziff Davis is seeking a seasoned VP of Marketing to shape and lead our global B2B marketing organization. This executive will drive full-funnel strategy, multi-brand execution, and revenue growth across regions, sectors, and partner ecosystems.

You will partner with Sales, Product, Finance and Operations to define a scalable marketing engine, manage a substantial budget, and build a world-class team capable of transforming marketing from tactical execution to strategic growth.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience in B2B technology or marketing solutions.
• Experience leading global, multi-brand marketing organizations.
• MBA or relevant master’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the creation and execution of the global B2B marketing strategy across brands and regions.
• Own the marketing P&L, budget allocation, and ROI measurement across growth channels.
• Build and scale a world-class marketing organization with clear roles, goals, and KPI framework.
• Drive demand generation, ABM, funnel optimization, and new logo acquisition at scale.
• Lead brand transformation and messaging across channels to reinforce market leadership.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Finance, and Operations to align marketing with revenue growth and product strategy.
