Spiceworks Ziff Davis is seeking a seasoned marketing executive to lead our global B2B marketing organization and shape full-funnel strategy across multiple brands. The VP Marketing will partner with Sales, Product, Finance, and other leaders to drive revenue, expand markets, and elevate brand equity.

The role involves building a high-performing team, owning the marketing P&L, driving demand generation and ABM at scale, and guiding brand messaging and programs across geographies and industries.

Qualifikationen

• 15+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience in B2B technology or marketing solutions.
• 10+ years managing Directors/Heads across regions and disciplines.
• Proven revenue growth, scaling marketing orgs and managing large budgets.
• Global/matrixed experience across Americas, EMEA, APAC regions.
• Executive communication and presence; ability to influence C-suite and board.
• Bachelor’s degree; MBA or related master’s preferred.

• Lead creation and execution of global B2B marketing strategy aligned to business objectives.
• Own marketing P&L: manage budget, allocate across channels, measure ROI.
• Build and scale a world-class global marketing organization with defined structure and KPIs.

• Lead brand transformation and messaging across channels and geographies.
• Develop ecosystem/partner marketing programs and data-driven insights.
• Collaborate with Sales leadership to align marketing and sales motions.
• Partner with Product, Customer Success, Finance, Operations, and Analytics.
• Monitor market trends and identify growth opportunities across regions and geographies.
• Define and track marketing KPIs and present results to executives and board.
