OpenAI is seeking a Head of Employee Tech & Experience (ETX) to lead ETX globally from our San Francisco headquarters. You’ll shape strategy, invest priorities, and operating model, partnering with company leadership to amplify employee impact and sustain trusted operations across Helpdesk, SysOps, Logistics and AV.
