Penguin Solutions, headquartered in Silicon Valley, seeks a Global VP, AI Talent Acquisition to set global strategy and governance for end-to-end talent acquisition across regions. You will lead executive hiring, build differentiated AI-focused talent pipelines, and define calibration frameworks for assessment and offers.

You will drive metrics, reporting, and continuous improvement while partnering with HR, Communications, and business leaders to optimize sourcing efficiency and candidate

Qualifications

• 13+ years of progressive talent acquisition leadership, global scope, including senior/executive hiring in AI/data domains.
• Strong analytics and ability to translate TA metrics into actions for executives.
• Experience with governance, operating models, and scalable TA processes across geographies.
• Experience with ATS strategy, data standards, adoption, and change management.

Responsabilités

• Define and evolve the global TA strategy aligned to enterprise priorities and workforce plans.
• Lead end-to-end director-level and executive hiring in partnership with HR and senior leaders.
• Develop sourcing and assessment strategies for AI/ML and data roles.
• Own the global TA KPI framework and reporting standards.
• Design and govern global recruiting program frameworks and onboarding.
