Job summary

Penguin Solutions, the AI factory and memory/infrastructure pioneer, seeks a Global VP, AI Talent Acquisition to define global strategy and governance for end-to-end talent acquisition across regions, including senior and executive hiring in AI/ML and data roles.

Based in Fremont, CA, onsite three days a week, you will build scalable TA processes, partner with business and technical leaders, and drive metrics, systems, and onboarding programs that attract top AI talent.

Qualifications

• 13+ years of progressive talent acquisition leadership with global or multi-region scope.
• Experience leading senior/executive hiring including scarce AI/ML and data talent.
• Strong analytics and ability to translate TA metrics into actions and decisions.
• Experience with ATS strategy, data standards, and change management.

Responsibilities

• Develop global TA strategy and governance across regions.
• Lead end-to-end hiring for director-level and executive roles.
• Build strategic pipelines for AI/ML and data talent.
• Own global TA KPI framework and monthly regional dashboards.
• Set systems strategy for ATS and data standards.
