Metso seeks a strategic and influential Vice President, Field & Expert Services Product Group to lead global strategy, growth and profitability of its Field & Expert Services. You will partner with Market Areas, Business Lines and Life Cycle Services to strengthen competitive offerings and drive safe, reliable service delivery across a global matrix.

Formación

Proven P&L leadership delivering growth and margin in a multi-year plan.
Strong background in field, industrial, maintenance, or lifecycle services.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management across a global matrix.

Responsabilidades

Own global strategy and P&L; set plans and targets with Market Areas.
Drive proactive sales, pricing and opportunity development across service lines.
Set offering priorities and oversee global deployment and digitalization.
Oversee Global Field Services for installation, commissioning and complex service delivery.
Develop the Product Group and align workforce capacity with future demand.
Improve resource utilization and manage investment, cost and risk with Finance and Sourcing.
