Metso is seeking a Vice President for the Field & Expert Services Product Group to lead the global strategy, growth, and profitability of Field & Expert Services. You will work across Market Areas and Life Cycle Services to strengthen our competitive offering, drive performance and ensure safe, reliable service delivery.

You will build a strong organization with seasoned leaders, focus on strategic deployments, and steer resource planning and investment decisions to support sustainable growth

Formación

• Proven P&L leadership and multi-year strategy execution.
• Strong background in field, industrial, aftermarket, or lifecycle services.
• Commercial and financial acumen, including pricing and sales enablement.
• Experience leading through influence in a global matrix organization.
• Experience with global or multi-site operations focusing on safety and quality.
• Fluent English; readiness for substantial international travel.

Responsabilidades

• Own the global strategy and P&L; set plans with Market Areas and drive performance.
• Drive proactive sales, pricing and opportunity development across services and projects.
• Set offering priorities, oversee global deployment and lead digitalization agenda.
• Oversee Global Field Services for installation, commissioning and complex delivery.
• Develop the Product Group; align workforce capacity and leadership succession.
• Improve resource utilization, planning and manage investment and risk with Finance and Sourcing.
