Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Digital & Tech Management Director to lead a global technology team delivering real estate analytics. You will drive multi-tenant platform delivery, AI-enabled solutions, and collaborations with product and account teams to ensure on-time delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.

The role emphasizes scalable, secure, and high-quality software delivery. The ideal candidate combines data engineering, software engineering, and AI expertise with strong communication and leadership

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree, advanced degree preferred. 8–12+ years in digital technology, delivery management, or related fields.
Experience managing large-scale, multi-tenant SaaS platforms and enterprise analytics solutions.
Hands-on understanding of GenAI/LLMs and AI/data stack.
Experience with MLOps/LLMOps frameworks and model lifecycle governance.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute digital and technology delivery strategies for platform adoption and client experience.
Own end-to-end client delivery within a multi-tenant analytics platform.
Operationalize GenAI and AI/ML use cases across platform and client solutions.
Lead cross-functional teams across engineering, data, QA, and delivery.
