Job summary

TD SYNNEX North America seeks an exceptional VP of Enterprise Data & AI to drive the company-wide strategy for data, AI, governance, and value realization. You will translate strategy into outcomes across Data Platform, AI Factory, and governance functions while ensuring responsible AI and scalable platforms worldwide.

You will lead a global team, manage the Data & AI operating budget, and partner with business, security, finance, and legal to ensure measurable value delivery and risk

Qualifications

• 15+ years in data/AI/ML or platform leadership with executive accountability.
• 8+ years direct people management experience.
• Experience managing a $5M+ operating budget and investment portfolio.
• Hands-on familiarity with Microsoft ecosystem and modern data platforms.
• Experience with FinOps for cloud/AI cost management.
• Proven track record delivering measurable value from data/AI investments.
• Executive presence and ability to influence C-suite and board-level audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own execution of the enterprise Data & AI roadmap across regions, functions, and units.
• Own benefits case for the Data & AI portfolio and measure value against targets.
• Direct development and operation of Data Platform, AI Factory, and related AI capabilities.
• Own data governance and responsible AI practices across security, privacy, and regulatory compliance.
• Set priorities, governance, and execution processes for high-impact initiatives.
• Own operating and investment budget; lead vendor selection, negotiation, and performance management.
• Build and lead a global organization of directors, managers, and technical professionals.
