Merz Aesthetics in Raleigh, NC seeks a Vice President, Customer Digital Experience (CDX) to define and govern a globally consistent, journey-led digital experience for customers across digital, field, and service interactions.

This executive role leads end-to-end journey strategy, CX measurement, and governance across Marketing, IT, Commercial, and Legal, partnering with regional leaders to scale improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Arts in Marketing or related field.
• 15+ years of CDX, digital transformation or CX leadership experience.
• Strong background in consumer, retail or FMCG with journey design excellence.

Responsibilities

• Define global CDX vision, strategy and roadmap across journeys.
• Own end-to-end customer journey strategy and performance.
• Lead cross-functional teams with Marketing, IT, and Commercial.
• Define global CDX measurement framework linking experience to growth.
