Job summary

Armada is seeking a visionary VP of Customer Engineering & Value Engineering (Global) to lead a world‑class, globally distributed organization at the forefront of AI infrastructure and edge computing. This pivotal leadership role combines technical discovery, solution architecture, and business value articulation across the entire pre‑sales lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field.
• 7+ years leading Customer Engineering, Solutions Architecture, or Value Engineering teams globally.
• 7–10+ years in pre-sales, AI infrastructure, data center, or distributed systems.
• Experience with GPU infrastructure (NVIDIA ecosystem).
• Experience with datacenter and edge architecture.
• Experience with Kubernetes, virtualization, and cloud (IaaS/PaaS).
• Proven ability to influence C-level stakeholders worldwide.
• Willingness to travel internationally, including remote/field environments.

Responsibilities

• Build and scale a global CE & VE organization across regions and functions.
• Own global hiring strategy and establish operating rhythms for technical and commercial excellence.
• Create career pathways, onboarding frameworks, and standards for teams worldwide.
• Drive rigorous AI-first discovery, value framing, and ROI modeling.
• Define edge architectures, data sovereignty considerations, and regulatory constraints across regions.
• Elevate global pre-sales excellence with validated frameworks and regional adaptability.
• Partner with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Deployment to accelerate revenue and tie architectures to business outcomes.
• Develop globally consistent reference architectures, ROI frameworks, and value playbooks.
