Qualifications

• US Citizenship is required for select roles.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience as an Engineering Manager or similar leadership role in software development.
• Strong technical background in cloud computing and software engineering principles.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of software engineers, providing guidance and mentorship.
• Define project requirements, scope, and timelines with product managers and stakeholders.
• Develop and execute project plans to deliver software on time and within budget.
• Drive cloud best practices, IaC, automation, and CI/CD adoption.
• Ensure security and compliance across systems and data.
