Zusammenfassung

Euclid Transactional, part of CRC Insurance Group, seeks a VP – Actuarial to own the pricing model for a global book and to build it from the ground up. You will calibrate across regions, ensure accuracy with rate adequacy, and own analytics for drift and actual versus expected outcomes.

Based in New York with a hybrid schedule, you will work closely with SVP, BI, underwriting and claims, and you will document governance, data needs, and model extensions as the book evolves.

Qualifikationen

• Actuary with FCAS/ACAS or equivalent.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to balance data with underwriting judgment.
• Experience with pricing methodologies in low-frequency, high-severity lines.

Aufgaben

• Develop and calibrate pricing model for line sets.
• Implement model extensions across regions.
• Propose and evidence pricing assumptions across pricing and loss ratio.
• Monitor rate adequacy compared to model indications.
• Lead actual vs. expected analyses and drift indicators.
• Document models and governance.
• Define actuarial data requirements with BI team.
