Qualifications

• ACAS or FCAS designation is required.
• 5+ years of P&C actuarial pricing experience.
• Experience pricing across commercial lines and specialty insurance is preferred.
• Proven ability to develop pricing models, tools, or portfolio analytics.
• Strong communication skills with non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, maintenance, and enhancement of pricing methodologies across multiple specialty products.
• Build and own pricing tools, rating frameworks, and portfolio monitoring capabilities.
• Partner with underwriting leadership to evaluate account opportunities and portfolio performance.
• Conduct profitability analyses and rating adequacy assessments.
• Develop reporting to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Support business planning with pricing and portfolio insights.
• Collaborate with underwriting, claims, finance, and data teams to improve decision-making.
