Coach, a global fashion house founded in New York, seeks a Manager of Global Visual Merchandising – Women’s Collection to drive compelling VM guidelines and seasonal showroom setups. You will partner with Merchandising, Buyers, Marketing and Ecommerce to develop visual strategies that boost brand awareness and profitability.

You will lead content creation, manage showroom installations, and research trends to inform creative directions, while ensuring visual standards across all product

Formación

• 5+ years of visual merchandising experience with fashion-related brands.
• Experience with leather goods and lifestyle categories (bags, small leather goods, ready-to-wear, footwear, accessories).
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel) & Adobe Photoshop.

Responsabilidades

• Develop Monthly In-Store Global VM Guidelines.
• Collaborate with Global Merchandising and Buyers on seasonal VM strategies.
• Assist with physical and digital content creation.
• Manage Seasonal Showroom Installations & Special Events.
• Organize VM plans, props and tools.
• Maintain showroom visual standards pre/during/post appointments.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Ecommerce, and Sample Library on product samples.
• Conduct seasonal trend reporting and gather inspiration.
