Global Sports Jobs Limited is seeking a senior Visual Merchandising Leader to drive strategy, seasonal presentation and styling across a fleet of Factory Retail stores. You will lead VMS Managers and Specialists, and partner with Territory teams and cross-functional groups to ensure premium brand experiences.

The role requires a strategic mindset, deep knowledge of fashion and product presentation, and a proven ability to develop talent and deliver results at scale in a large retail environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Visual Merchandising, Design or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in retail marketing, visual merchandising or related field.
• Strong leadership, communication and influencing skills.
• Ability to translate consumer insights into compelling retail experiences.

Responsabilités

• Develop VMS priorities, styling direction and presentation strategies for in-store experiences.
• Champion premium presentation standards and a distinct visual POV across the brand.
• Coach and develop a high-performing team of VMS Managers and Specialists.
• Collaborate with Global/Geo CDM, Merchandising, Design and Operations to drive alignment.
• Partner with Territory and City teams to ensure clear tools and standards for execution.
• Leverage trends and insights to shape presentation strategies that drive engagement and brand distinction.
