Skechers USA Ltd. is seeking an International Production and Planning Coordinator in Manhattan Beach.

The role oversees the overview process of orders production management for international accounts, interfacing with Skechers China office, factories, product development, customer service, and allocations to ensure timely processing of production and customer orders. You will analyze orders daily, follow up on production buys with overseas factories, and monitor factory status across regions to

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in production coordination, order management, or supply chain.
• Ability to manage hundreds of SKUs and purchase orders simultaneously.
• Excel fluency with large data sets and ability to surface what's important.
• Critical thinker with a habit of meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Analyze orders booked against production daily and adjust before gaps become real problems.
• Follow up with China office and factories on production buys and x-factory dates to keep shipments on track.
• Review weekly factory status reports across subsidiary accounts in Europe, Brazil, Chile, Japan, Latin America, the Philippines, and India; identify delays and resolve them fast.
• Maintain accurate size inventory across Subsidiary Distribution Centers; adjust allocations to reflect real inventory levels.
• Own problems when they surface; diagnose issues, connect the right people, and drive to resolution.
