Qualifications

• BA/BS or Associates Degree with two years’ experience or equivalent combination.
• Experience in high-end retail, travel, hospitality, or embassy/consulate relations is highly desirable.
• Fluent in English with strong communication and interpersonal skills; second language is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide high level service and information on available services; analyze requests and make recommendations based on travel needs.
• Proactively communicate with customers; resolve issues; coordinate across departments to build trust and loyalty.
• Stay updated on product/service enhancements and visa/p Passport processing requirements to maximize efficiency.
