Job summary

FlightStory is seeking a seasoned Video Producer for The Diary of a CEO. You will own the technical capture across multi-camera shoots, operate as DP, Technical Director, and Audio Mixer, and travel globally to record in diverse markets.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years as a multi-camera operator/DP/TD hybrid in high-end production.
Proven ability to lead freelance crews and maintain technical/editorial standards.
Experience traveling globally and managing on-road capture under tight timelines.

Responsibilities

Own the picture and sound across DOAC-style multi-camera setups.
Direct camera operators and run the live switcher for broadcast-quality capture.
Manage sound recording across mics and levels for guest segments.
Travel with the show and set up capture in different markets.
Collaborate with Post to ensure smooth handoff to edit and delivery.
Maintain discretion and ensure the room is quiet and unseen during recording.
Lead and train crew to uphold DOAC’s technical and editorial standards.
