Front Row Group seeks a Digital Video Producer to craft compelling social and brand content. You will shoot, light, and direct talent on set, shaping visuals from concept through post-production in a fast-paced studio environment.

The role emphasizes storytelling, collaboration with creative teams, and hands-on cinematography across various productions, with a strong on-site presence in San Diego.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in video production.
• Ability to shoot autonomously for small productions.
• Experience across solo to larger-scale shoots.
• Experience in lighting and camera operations.
• Knowledge of Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Strong collaboration with creative and production teams.
• Ability to direct talent on set.

Responsibilities

• Shoot social content autonomously and on larger productions.
• Collaborate with lighting, camera and sound teams.
• Direct talent on set for authentic storytelling.
• Maintain high production standards from pre- to post-production.
• Design the visual look including lighting and camera movement.
• Oversee camera department to ensure quality.
