Job summary

FlightStory seeks a seasoned technical operator to own the capture of DOAC’s diary programs. You will act as DP, Technical Director, and Audio Mixer across multi-camera shoots, including lighting, framing, and live switching, ensuring pristine image and sound.

You will lead freelance crews on global shoots, travel with the show to major markets, and maintain the highest editorial and technical standards across every recording.

Qualifications

• Seasoned multi-camera operator capable of acting as DP, TD, and sound mixer.
• Experience directing freelance crews on location and in unfamiliar markets.
• Strong communication and ability to work discreetly in sensitive environments.

Responsibilities

• Own picture and sound across DOAC multi-camera shoots, directing operators.
• Run camera, lighting, framing, and look to DOAC standards.
• Operate live switcher, manage ISO records and multi-format delivery.
• Lead and brief crew on day of shoot to ensure seamless capture.
