Quartermaster AI is building a global recruiting engine to scale vessel partnerships. You will identify top vessels, win owners and operators, and sign them as fleet partners while forging enduring relationships with managers worldwide.

The role emphasizes building a repeatable, data-driven acquisition funnel, shaping a world-class recruiting organization, and driving cost-efficient growth across regions with heavy international travel.

Qualifications

• Experience scaling the supply side of a marketplace from 0 to 1.
• Proven ability to recruit, hire, and scale a field or recruiting team.
• Ability to turn ambiguous acquisition into a repeatable, data-driven process.
• Comfort owning cost, CAC, and unit economics for a distributed operation.
• Maritime or shipping experience is welcome but not required, sector knowledge helps.

Responsibilities

• Identify and win the right vessels by targeting high-value operators and signing fleet partners.
• Build and carry trusted relationships with owners, operators, and managers across global markets.
• Negotiate and close agreements to drive long-term partnerships.
• Maintain pipeline capacity so installations never stall due to lack of vessels.
