The role requires constructing a resilient, repeatable recruiting process with a focus on metrics, cost control, and scalable teams. International travel is expected as the network expands.

Qualifications

• Track record building 0 to 1 supply in a marketplace or field-based operation.
• Proven ability to recruit, hire and scale a field/acquisition team and drive results.
• Ability to turn ambiguous, relationship-driven acquisition into a repeatable, data-driven process.
• Comfort owning cost and unit economics in recruitment and operations.
• Maritime or shipping experience is a plus but not required; sector taught if lacking.

Responsibilities

• Identify and win the right vessels by targeting high-value partners.
• Build and personally manage relationships with owners, operators, and tech managers worldwide.
• Negotiate and close fleet-partner agreements.
• Ensure ongoing pipeline capacity so deployments never stall.
