Job summary

Affirm is seeking a senior leader for the Global Operations team as Director, Vendor Strategy & Operations to drive affirm's global BPO and vendor operations program. You will own the customer operations vendor strategy, performance, and outcomes across a growing vendor network, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, compliance, and cost-to-serve.

The role requires deep fintech operations expertise, senior leadership acumen, and a passion for data-driven transformation.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in customer operations—global vendor BPO program management, operations strategy, or consulting for large multi-million-customer businesses.

Responsibilities

• Define long-term strategy for affirm's global vendor network across customer operations.
• Lead governance forums, annual & quarterly reviews, escalation management.
• Oversee vendor performance, cost optimization, and risk across global vendors.
• Partner with product, engineering and analytics to deploy AI/automation in servicing workflows.
• Build a high-performing, customer-centric vendor-enabled operating model.
