Job summary

Affirm is seeking a Senior Director to lead Vendor Strategy & Operations for its global servicing network. You will own the vendor program, drive customer-focused performance, and partner across product, engineering, and ops to deploy AI and automation at scale.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in customer operations or large-scale vendor programs.
• 10+ years leading managers and complex global teams.
• Proven success managing outsourced operations and global vendor networks.
• Experience deploying AI or automation to improve operations at scale.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the long-term strategy for the global vendor network.
• Reinvent issue resolution to treat the vendor network as an innovation hub.
• Establish governance, standards, and accountability across vendors.
• Lead executive vendor governance forums and strategic planning.
• Partner on vendor selection, expansion, and network design.
• Own vendor performance, escalation handling, and cost optimization.
