Job summary

Affirm, Inc. is seeking a senior leader to oversee the Global Operations team’s vendor strategy and execution for its global servicing network.

You will own the vendor program, ensuring exceptional customer experience, compliance, and cost-to-serve across a large, distributed vendor network. Qualifications

• 15+ years in customer operations, including large-scale global vendor networks or equivalent leadership
• 10+ years leading managers and complex vendor orgs
• Proven track record delivering outsourcing and vendor network improvements
• Experience deploying AI/automation to improve operations at scale
• Strong analytical skills used to drive strategic outcomes

Responsibilities

• Define and execute long-term strategy for global vendor network across customer operations
• Reinvent issue resolution and customer experience across the vendor network
• Establish governance, performance standards, and accountability mechanisms
• Lead executive vendor governance forums and strategic planning
• Drive cost-optimization and risk management across vendors and functional pods
• Partner with analytics to define reporting requirements and health metrics
• Lead cross-functional initiatives and build a customer-centric culture across the vendor network
