You will own vendor strategy, performance, and outcomes across the BPO program, partnering with product, engineering, and risk teams to drive customer-centric, data-driven operations at scale.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in customer operations, including large-scale global vendor programs.
• Experience leading and optimizing vendor networks across geographies.
• Proven ability to deploy AI or automation to improve operations at scale.
